By accessing and using the ConvertOnline service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and, once launched, any API usage. This service is operated by Kefalica d.o.o., Novi Sad, Serbia. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In case of updates, we will clearly indicate the changes along with the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.

Use of ConvertOnline must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. Users are prohibited from using our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Any applicable time or usage-based quotas
You must not bypass these limitations through technical workarounds or by creating multiple accounts.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, decoding, or attempting to access the source code or algorithms of ConvertOnline is strictly prohibited.
API usage (once introduced) is only permitted as an integrated part of a broader software solution that offers meaningful and added value to users. It is expressly forbidden to offer a standalone raw file conversion service that relies solely on the ConvertOnline API.
You can purchase conversion GB through one-time prepaid packages or via monthly subscription packages.
Make a single payment to buy a package of conversion GB.
These GB do not expire as long as your account is active.
Payments are non-refundable.
GB can be used at your convenience without time limits.
Pay monthly — or choose a 6-month or 12-month subscription — for a plan that grants you a set amount of conversion GB each period.
Unused GB expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You can choose the option that best fits your needs — whether a flexible one-time purchase or ongoing access through monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plans.

Your subscription is activated as soon as payment is received and renews automatically every month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can change your subscription plan at any time, but any unused GB from the current billing period will expire.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime. If we fail, you may be eligible for a refund.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the ConvertOnline service is available at least 99.9% of the time each month. The monthly uptime percentage is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of minutes during which the service was unavailable.
If we fail to meet this uptime commitment, you may be eligible for a refund as described below.
If service availability falls below 99.9%, you may receive a refund of 1% of your last invoice amount for every 10 minutes of downtime, up to a maximum of 100% of the invoice amount.
To request a refund, you must submit a claim including:
Dates and times of the outages you are claiming
Request logs or other evidence documenting the errors and downtime
You are not eligible for a refund if the downtime is caused by:
Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance on the service status page)
Corrupt or incompatible files or requests you provided
Unsupported file types (you can check supported files using the free version)
Conversion types marked as "experimental"
Causes outside our reasonable control, such as force majeure events or internet outages beyond the boundary of ConvertOnline’s infrastructure
We do not create backups of your files for data protection reasons. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service.
While we strive to provide an error-free service, we cannot guarantee that your files will not be damaged, deleted, or lost. You acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping copies of all your files, and ConvertOnline shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the files you upload.
ConvertOnline is not liable to you or any third party for any loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, whether foreseeable or not, nor for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ConvertOnline service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you misuse our service or violate these Terms.
You can stop using ConvertOnline at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you from paying any outstanding fees.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to ConvertOnline immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or if required by law. Additionally, we may close your account with 30 days’ notice if continuing business with you is no longer commercially viable.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the ConvertOnline service at any time without liability. If we decide to discontinue the entire service, we will notify you at least 30 days before termination..

Do not use our services or intellectual property for any form of infringement.
You are solely responsible for the data (e.g., files, URLs) you upload or convert using ConvertOnline. We do not monitor or review user content. Please be aware that unauthorized sharing of copyrighted materials and other illegal activities harm creators and violate laws. Always respect applicable intellectual property rights and laws.
ConvertOnline bears no responsibility for the content uploaded or processed by users, including any illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material; users are solely liable for ensuring that their files comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All payments are non-refundable.
