Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing any package (subscription or one-time), you acknowledge and agree that all payments made to ConvertOnline are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage. This applies to all plans, including monthly, 6-month, 12-month subscriptions, and on-demand purchases.

We encourage users to carefully review their selected plan and test the free version before making a purchase. If you have any questions or issues, our support team is available at support@convert.online

If service availability falls below 99.9%, you may receive a refund of 1% of your last invoice amount for every 10 minutes of downtime, up to a maximum of 100% of the invoice amount.

To request a refund, you must submit a claim including:

Dates and times of the outages you are claiming
Request logs or other evidence documenting the errors and downtime
