How do plans and quotas work?
Our plans are based on the total amount of data (in gigabytes) you convert,
not on the number of files. Each conversion deducts from your quota according
to the size of the file you upload. This allows you to convert as many files as
you want as long as you stay within your data quota.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your subscription anytime. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, Any prorated amounts will be handled automatically by our billing provider.

How is my conversion quota used and what happens if there is an error?
Your conversion quota is deducted based on the size of the converted file. If a conversion fails, the used quota will be refunded automatically. Please note, if you download the same file multiple times, each download counts against your quota to prevent abuse.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard. Subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens to my remaining quota if I cancel my plan?
You can use your remaining quota until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your plan will revert to Free.

What happens if I exceed my quota?
You’ll need to either wait until your quota renews (if you have a subscription), upgrade your plan or purchase an One Time pack to continue converting files.
